My Personal Spring Time New Healthy Eating Plan

The first thing about being healthy is being honest with yourself.  I had lost slowly a whole stone just after Christmas and was so happy and proud of myself as I was a healthy weight.  After my recent diagnose of fibromyalgia I have found myself over the last few weeks not being able to be as active as I use to be and more importantly feeling sorry for myself and reaching for all the rubbish that is simply not good for me.  Now it would be so easy for me to blame the new medication but if I am honest with myself its all my fault.  I haven't been looking after myself and it is as simple as that.

So instead of sulking/blaming everyone else but myself and crying about how unfair the world is,  I have made an active decision to get myself back on track.

I have learnt the hard way that crash diets do not work.  FACT.  Well they do work but the second you stop all that lovely weight you lost will come piling on faster than it took to lose it.  So my plan of action you ask?  Eating healthy of course!  I have created this morning a quick list of what I am going to try to avoid/eat in small amounts and what I am going to base my diet around.  I have also tried to get back to the gym but day one so far hasn't went so well.  I thought I could come back to it all guns blazing but after only being able to do 20mins at a steady pace I crept away with my tail between my legs.  BUT I need to remind myself that 20mins is better than no exercise at all and I will just keep building on it till I feel comfortable again with a normal routine.  Baby steps.

So here we go my roughly planned list.
