Fakeaway Less Than 380 Calorie Salami Pizza - Calorie Counting - Weight Loss - Meal Inspiration

 (Disclaimer - i am in no way a professional chef, I just like to share my own recipes which work for me and are tried and tested to be delicious)

If you follow me on social media you will know I am trying to get back to my pre-baby weight via Calorie Counting/Healthy Eating.  I have already lost over a stone since January 1st but I still have 2 and a half stone to go.  My secret to keeping sane during a weight loss journey is to not deprive myself of the things I crave.  Instead I just have healthier versions or small potions of what I really want to eat.  Everything in moderation is the key.

One of my favorite foods is pizza which is usually huge in calories so I thought I would share my alternative which is less than half the calories of the original version.

Method

The method is simple and basically the same as how you would make an ordinary pizza.

-Take the wrap and using it as the pizza base spread your tomato puree evenly across the surface.
-Chop your tomatoes to your preferred size and sprinkle onto of puree.
-lastly sprinkle the cheese and layer your Salami on top
-Put on a baking try and pop in the oven at 160(fan assisted) for 10-15mins

-I like to have a dip with mine.  I use Hellamanns lighter than light mayonnaise and then mix in garlic, only 30calories for 2 tablespoons (30ml)


Lastly I would like to point out this was for a treat night.  I usually try to have alot more vegtables with dinner.
